In order to receive a refund or exchange for an item purchased at an event, you must contact the vendor from whom the purchase was made.

Vendor purchases may only be returned in the case of a product defect (not for a customer changing his or her mind) and the original receipt of purchase must be presented.

Before purchasing a product at an event, please read the “Information on Purchasing at an Event.”

- Information on Purchasing at an Event -

1. Products may not be restocked after they have been sold out.

2. All transactions must be made in KRW (for domestic vendors) or USD or a local currency (for international vendors).

3. Payments may be made in cash or by using a credit card.

(Certain credit cards may not be accepted.)

4. Returns and exchanges due to a customer changing his or her mind will not be accepted.

Products with a product defect must be exchanged through the vendor from which the product was originally purchased. After purchasing an item, please check your purchased item right away to make sure it doesn’t have any defects.

You must present your original receipt in order to receive an exchange. If the product you purchased is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead of an exchange.

5. Disposable shopping bags are not provided for purchases made at events as such provision is prohibited by law.

6. The hours of vendor operations at events may vary depending on the specific event.

As indicated above, items purchased at an event can only be returned or exchanged on the same day and through the same vendor as the original purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the day of purchase, so please check your item immediately after receipt to make sure it does not have any product defects.
