International customers: Orders can only be returned in the case of a shipping error or product defect (items cannot be returned simply because of a change of the customer’s mind).

* Overseas Credit Card Refund Policies

a. Refunds are issued in accordance with the policies of the specific credit card used.

b. For transactions that have already been processed, the cancellation may take up until the following month.

c. If your refund does not show up in your account after your transaction has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer.

* PayPal Refund Policies

a. Refunds for payments made by a credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account will be issued to the card originally used for your purchase. Depending on your card issuer, your refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

b. Any PayPal Points used for your purchase will be refunded to your PayPal account.

c. If you used a combination of a card and PayPal balance to make your payment, the amount paid by card will be refunded to your card and the remainder will be refunded to your PayPal account.
