'Payment completed', 'Pending' status: You can cancel the order by visiting [MY PAGE > Orders > Cancel Order].

'Queued for Shipment' or 'Shipping'status: The order cannot be canceled.

(Please also note that in the case of pre-ordered products, returns may not be accepted.)
